Discover Your D.E.S.I.G.N. and Your Ministry
	You were DESIGNed and shaped by God to serve. God never intended for a select few of us to serve and the rest of us to stand on the sidelines and watch. His desire is for all of us to serve. He has given you the great privilege of making a contribution. Every one is called be part of His plan. At Grace we believe that every person is a contributor and everyone who is a Christ follower is a minister.
	God DESIGNed you the way you are because he wanted to use you for a specific ministry contribution. The Bible says, "we are His workmanship, created in Christ to do good works which God prepared in advance for each of us to do," [Eph 2:10]. God gave you abilities, interests, talents, gifts, personality and life experiences so that you could use them for His glory. He designed each of us for a unique contribution so we would not all be doing the same thing in the same way.
	This means no one else is able to play the role that God planned for you. If you do not make your unique contribution, no one will. That's why understanding your unique God-given DESIGN is helpful for finding a good fit for your contribution.
	The Discover Your D.E.S.I.G.N. Workshop is an exciting, fast-paced learning environment, designed to help you discover your God-given DESIGN. Your DESIGN is what makes you, YOU. The workshop will focus on how you are wired for service by looking at your Experiences, Spiritual Gifts, Individual style, Generosity and Natural Abilities. The workshop will help you better understand you, the unique person that you are. At the conclusion of the workshop, our DESIGN team will encourage you and help you find a place to start making a Kingdom contribution. We will help you connect with a Grace ministry which will become even better when you join in and use your gifts and talents. The DESIGN Team looks forward to seeing you at the next workshop.
