Our team who greet and welcome people on Sunday mornings. A simple smile and warm handshake is all it takes. Greeting takes place before and after worship.

Ministry Role	Greet people as they enter and leave the building.
Talents and Skills Needed	Assist in helping people get to whatever services they need to feel they are welcome and belong.

Information Desk
This lobby team welcomes and serves people seeking general and specific information. They also offer information about various ways to get connected at Grace.

Ministry Role	To give new people an excellent first impression of Grace by providing a positive connection and helpful information.
Talents and Skills Needed	Are "people-persons" – with a heart for interacting and helping
Key Responsibilities	1. Willing to actively engage people in conversations, learn their needs and interests, and help them get connected at Grace.
	2. Have or are willing to quickly develop an understanding of Grace and how to properly respond to the questions and needs of people.
	3. Approximately 6 team members per service; 3 team members will serve at each of the two information stations, one on the east and one on the west side of the lobby.

Time Commitment	~2.5 - 3.0 hrs once per month

Newcomers Coffee
This team welcomes our newest members as they host the New Comers Coffee the first Sunday of the month in the Hospitality Suite. New people are greeted and welcomed by this team. Serving Opportunity Form

Sunday Morning Coffee
Our team sets-up, brews and serves coffee and tea in the lobby before and after worship on Sundays. A great hospitality ministry and welcome service for the body as they fellowship in the lobby

Ministry Role	Coffee Server & Clean-up
Talents and Skills Needed	Friendly, outgoing, people-person
Key Responsibilities	1. Set-up coffee station before services
	2. Serve coffee to the body
	3. Return supplies to cabinets
	4. Slight cleaning of coffee stations
	5. Empty trash
Support System	Work along-side a friendly, outgoing, and dynamic team
Time Commitment	One (1) Hours per Month
Day(s) of Week	Sundays
Specific Time	Servers -- 8:15–9:15am; or, 10:20-11:15am Clean-up -- 11:15–11:30am

Traffic Team
Provide traffic control and direction before and after each service.

Ministry Role	Provide traffic control and direction before and after each service.
Talents and Skills Needed	No real skills necessary. Just a willingness to be outside and to serve the congregation and new comers.
Key Responsibilities	1. Make sure traffic is kept at an even flow for each parking lot; East lot, West lot and Park & Ride.
	2. Make sure traffic cones, signs and radios are used each Sunday and are returned to the traffic staging area.
	3. Communicate by radio between the East & West lots to determine number of parking spots available.
	4. Make sure all pedestrians are kept safe and are aware of traffic while walking to and from Grace.
Support System	There are currently 3 teams of 5 people each who serve as the Traffic Crew.
Time Commitment	4 Hours - Once every three weeks.

Specific Time	Team members arrive at 8:45 am and remain until 12:45 pm.

Ushers/Communion
This ministry team welcomes people to the worship center, serves with seating, the morning offering, and the preparation and celebration of communion once a month Serving Opportunity Form
