Serve One Another Information
Serve One Another – it's easy, it only takes One Hour, on One Day with One Team for you to have a great Serve One Another experience. You are just a click away from connecting with one of our ministry teams and experiencing a Serve One Another opportunity.
One of the ways we care for each other and actually love one another is by the way we “serve one another”. Here at Grace, hundreds of people just like you serve one another each week. It’s a meaningful experience for them and it serves us all. Why don’t you try something this Sunday or pick a Sunday that works best for you.
Choose the worship hour that’s best for you, then let us know the team you’d like to serve with. We will make all the arrangements for you to experience a Sunday morning with that ministry team (or other days if this is a non-Sunday ministry team). Consider the list of ministry teams below.

GUEST SERVICES TEAMS
Usher Team: Welcomes people into the worship center, takes the offering, and serves communion. Sign-Up Form here.
Traffic Team: Assists people upon entering and exiting Grace campus with both vehicle and foot traffic. Sign-Up Form here.
Greeter Team: Welcomes people as they enter the building for Sunday worship services. Sign-Up Form here.
Coffee Team: Serves coffee and tea to people as they fellowship in the lobby before worship services on Sundays. Sign-Up Form here.
Information Desk Team: Answers questions or offers assistance with Grace ministry information requests. Sign-Up Form here.
NewComers Coffee: Hosts our monthly coffee and welcome event for all our newest guests. Sign-Up Form here.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES TEAMS
totZone: Serving children from infants to pre-K.
Team opportunities – check-in and greeter, small group leader, large group worship, drama and teaching, AV, hospitality, and curriculum support. Sign-Up Form here.
kidZone: Serving children from Kindergarten to 5th grade.

A Place For Me: Serving as a one to one buddy with a child who has special needs. Sign-Up Form here.
Boys of Grace and Girl’s Grace Adventure: Serve in this mid-week ministry to elementary school aged children. Sign-Up Form here.

WORSHIP ARTS / TECHNICAL PRODUCTION TEAMS
Musical, technical and visual artists: - who team together to enhance corporate worship at Grace. (Some positions require an audition/interview). Sign-Up Form here.
Worship Refreshment Team: Members serve once a month by providing part of a breakfast meal for the Sunday morning worship and technical teams. Sign-Up Form here.
Technical Production Teams: Provide lighting, audio, computer and stage set-up support for Sunday worship services and other special events. Sign-Up Form here.
ADULT SUPPORT TEAMS
Resource Zone Team: Reproduces messages and media that is made available to the body. Sign-Up Form here.
Medical Assistance Team: Offers professional health care for emergency medical situations during Sunday worship services.

Safe Zone Prayer Team: Provides personal prayer support immediately following Sunday worship services. Sign-Up Form here.
Meals Ministry Team: Assists families (who are in crisis situations) with meals. *Other than Sunday support. Sign-Up Form here.
Clothes Closet Team: Sorts, stores and distributes donated clothing to people in need. *Other than Sunday support. Sign-Up Form here.
2nd Saturday Service Day: Serves by providing physical labor for people in need within the community. *Other than Sunday support.

Holiday & Special Events Team: Supports the unique needs for decorations for special events and holidays. *Other than Sunday support. Sign-Up Form here.
