kidZone and totZone
Both kidZone ( elementary age ) and totZone ( nursery – pre-school ) have wonderful opportunities for you to serve. The two areas are varied and the best way to find a good serving option is to come and experience them first hand. Join our ‘buddy’ team of one to one ministry partners who encourage and support our special kids in the context of the main kidZone ministry.   GUEST SERVICES

TRAFFIC MINISTRY
The Traffic team helps the flow of traffic on Sundays, before and after worship. They assist people as they enter the building, park their vehicles and as all exit the Grace campus. NEWCOMERS COFFEE MINISTRY
Welcome and host our newest members at our monthly NewComers Coffee. This team meets with and serves our new guests who are seeking to learn, understand and possibly take their next step at Grace.

INFORMATION DESK
Our Information team serves our body with assistance to general and specific information about Grace. This team offers helpful assistance to the newest Grace members as they seek various ways one can get connected at Grace. Taste of Grace sign-up

SUNDAY COFFEE MINISTRY
Our coffee team serves everyone with a warm cup of coffee on Sunday mornings. This team hosts our lobby coffee before and after worship on Sundays. A great hospitality ministry and a great way to welcome people.

BEHIND THE SCENES TOURS
Our Behind the Scenes Tour guides offer a walking jaunt around Grace for new people. These tours take place on Sunday mornings and show off how things happen on Sunday mornings and people observe first hand the variety of ministries and how they work. Taste of Grace sign-up

USHERS
The Ushers welcome people to the worship center, serve the body with general seating needs, carry out our morning worship offering, and oversees the preparation and celebration of the monthly communion remembrance.

GREETERS MINISTRY
This team greets and welcomes all who come to Grace on Sunday mornings. A simple smile and warm handshake is all it takes to serve with this team. Greeting takes place before and after worship services. Taste of Grace sign-up


  WORSHIP and TECHNICAL PRODUCTION MINISTRY

TECHNICAL PRODUCTION TEAM
The Technical Production teams operate the lights, the sounds, the screen images and the creative aspects of worship in the Worship Center on Sundays. Many opportunities to serve are available with each team – some require previous experience, while many others opportunities do not. Some training will be provided. Taste of Grace sign-up


WORSHIP REFRESHMENT TEAM
This ministry provides food and light refreshments for the Sunday morning worship team and also our evening Fusion worship team. Taste of Grace sign-up


  ADDITIONAL MINISTRY TEAMS

YOUTH MINISTRY

MEALS MINISTRY
Join this ministry team to help families with a meal (homemade or store bought) who are undergoing temporary critical situations (surgery, illness, death, or other crisis). This one time service (or more if you desire) of a meal will help support the family during their urgent situation. Taste of Grace sign-up


MONEY SENSE
The Money Sense ministry team educates people about Biblical financial principles of money management through workshops, seminars and personal consultations. Some financial training will be provided. Taste of Grace sign-up


MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TEAM
This new Grace ministry team is for anyone who is interested in serving the Grace body with emergency medical assistance as needed on Sunday mornings. This serving opportunity will take place during each of our morning worship service hours. This team will consist of professional health care providers (nurses, firemen, EMT and doctors ) who will be scheduled to be "on call" on a rotating basis. Each Medical Assistance team member will act as a first responder when paged. Medical assistance may be as simple as a bee-sting or as significant as a need for resuscitation. Health care experience is necessary to join this team.

SAFE ZONE
This Sunday morning prayer support team listens to and prays for people who desire prayer. Safe Zone meets after each worship service in the front of the worship center. Taste of Grace sign-up


PRAYER CHAIN—EMAIL
Join this Email prayer chain ministry from home. Prayer requests are sent to you via email – you can pray for the person and/or need and make a difference through petition to God. An email account and computer are needed to be a part of this team. Taste of Grace sign-up


RESOURCE ZONE
The Resource Zone copies and distributes the Sunday messages for the body. Training will be provided.
