Serving With My Group Serving with your group is more than just serving, it’s a great opportunity to build relationships with others. Consider one - or more - of these options for your group as a serving opportunity.

NOTE: Each group serve opportunity needs a ‘point person’ to coordinate the specifics of your serving opportunity.

2nd SATURDAY - CARE & REPAIR TEAM
Your group can serve people in our community who have neither the ability nor the means to accomplish simple household /yard projects. Projects range from light household/yard projects or small repairs around their residence. The team meets the 2nd Saturday of each month at Grace, then travels into the community for the specified service project. Sign-up here
CLOTHES CLOSET
This ministry team of people sorts, stores, and distributes donated and gently used clothing to local people in need. Distribution events occur approx. every 3 mos. Please contact this ministry for the next opportunity to sort and or distribute clothing. Sign-up here
GRACE TO THE HOMELESS
Several opportunities for your group lie within our Ministry to the homeless. The Helping Up Mission, a ministry to homeless men in Baltimore, where we serve the men one Friday night each month. The Route 1 Homeless Day Shelter is a ministry we partner with - a great ongoing opportunity for your group to serve the community. In the winter months, Grace hosts the Cold Weather Shelter right in our own facility. Any of these options are a great serve option for your group. Sign-up here
WORSHIP REFRESHMENT TEAM
Your group can select a Sunday and prepare a meal for our Sunday worship team. We provide a breakfast meal for our worship team as they serve all of us all Sunday morning. Serving them in this capacity “fuels” them for the services. Sign-up here
SPECIAL EVENTS and/or HOLIDAYS SUPPORT TEAM
Your group can support one of our upcoming events hosted by Grace Community Church. This may be a Conference, Christmas Services or Easter Services. Each of these events requires unique needs for support. Sign up anytime and we will contact you when needed. Sign-up here
SUNDAY MORNING LOBBY SUPPORT TEAM
Sign up for a Sunday and your group can be the main support for keeping our restrooms looking fresh and clean during the course of the morning. Wiping down wet counters and scrunching down trashed paper towels make the restrooms look and feel tidy. Sign-up here
